Prof. Yassine Maleh is an associate professor of cybersecurity and IT governance at Sultan Moulay Slimane University, Morocco. He is the founding chair of IEEE Consultant Network Morocco and founding president of the African Research Center of Information Technology & Cybersecurity. He is a senior member of IEEE and a member of the International Association of Engineers IAENG and The Machine Intelligence Research Labs. Dr Maleh has made contributions in the fields of information security and privacy, Internet of things security, wireless and constrained networks security. His research interests include information security and privacy, Internet of things, networks security, information system, and IT governance. He has published over than 100 papers (book chapters, international journals, and conferences/workshops), 17edited books, and 3 authored books. He is the editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Information Security and Privacy, and the International Journal of Smart Security Technologies (IJSST). He serves as an associate editor for IEEE Access (2019 Impact Factor 4.098), the International Journal of Digital Crime and Forensics (IJDCF), and the International Journal of Information Security and Privacy (IJISP). He is a series editor of Advances in Cybersecurity Management, by CRC Taylor & Francis?-. He was also a guest editor of a special issue on Recent Advances on Cyber Security and Privacy for Cloud-of-Things of the International Journal of Digital Crime and Forensics (IJDCF), Volume 10, Issue 3, July–September 2019. He has served and continues to serve on executive and technical program committees and as a reviewer of numerous international conferences and journals such as Elsevier Ad Hoc Networks, IEEE Network Magazine, IEEE Sensor Journal, ICT Express, and Springer Cluster Computing. He was the Publicity chair of BCCA 2019 and the General Chair of the MLBDACP 19 symposium and ICI2C'21 Conference. He received Publons Top 1% reviewer award for the years 2018 and 2019.

Prof. Mounim A. El Yacoubi (Senior IEEE member, Ph.D., University of Rennes, France, Sept. 1996; HDR: Habilitation to Direct Research, Paris-Saclay University, 2014) has been a professor at Institut Polytechnique de Paris / Institut Mines Telecom / Telecom SudParis since 2008. He was a research engineer at the Service de Recherche Technique de la Poste (SRTP), France, from 1992 to 1996, and a Visiting Scientist at the Centre for Pattern Recognition and Machine Intelligence (CENPARMI, Concordia University, https://www.concordia.ca/research/cenparmi.html), Montreal, Canada in 1997-1998, and then he became an Associate Professor at the Catholic University of Parana (PUCPR, https://www.pucpr.br/), Curitiba, Brazil, from 1998 to 2000, where he cofounded a joint research lab on Automatic Document Analysis and Recognition, between PUCPR and CENPARMI. From 2001 to 2008, he was a Senior Researcher at Parascript (https://www.parascript.com), Boulder, Colorado. At SRTP and Parascript, he has developed handwriting recognition software engines for real-life automatic mail sorting, bank check reading, and form processing, still running daily in automatic reading machines worldwide. He has supervised 17 PhD theses, over 30 master theses and 7 Postdocs. He is currently Associate Editor of IEEE Access, International Journal of Network Dynamics and Intelligence (IJNDI), and Journal of Cyber-Physical-Social Intelligence (CPSI). He has been Program Co-Chair of the International Conference on Pattern Recognition and Artificial Intelligence (ICPRAI, Paris, France, 2022), Program Co-Chair of IEEE Smart World Congress (SWC, Portsmouth, UK, 2023) and International Conference on Cyber-physical Social Intelligence (ICCSI, Xi'an, China, 2023). He will serve as General Chair of the 15th International Conference on Human System Interaction (HSI), Paris, France, 2024, and as Program Co-Chair of the 13th International Conference on Computing and Pattern Recognition (ICCPR 2024, Tianjin, China, 25-27 October, 2024, https://www.iccpr.org/).

Prof. Miloud Frikel Dr. Miloud FRIKEL is an Associate Professor at National Graduate School of Engineering and Research Center (ENSICAEN), and head of SATE's Department (Embedded Systems and Control), and he is the Deputy-Director of the Systems Engineering Lab of Normandy (LIS). Sine 2008, Miloud FRIKEL is an Associate Professor at National Graduate School of Engineering and Research Center (ENSICAEN), and head of SATE's Department. From 2003 to 2008, he was with the R&T (Networks and Telecommunications) Department of the IUT of Caen (Normandy University). From 1998 to 2000, Dr. Frikel was with the Signal Processing Lab, Institut for Systems and Robotics, Institute Superior Tecnico, Lisbon, as a researcher in the field of wireless location and statistical array processing. And from 2000 to 2003, he worked in the Institute for Circuit and Signal Procesing of the Technical University of Munich, Germany. M. Frikel is member of German Foundation : Alexander von Humboldt Stiftung.

Prof. Hanaa Hachimi Prof. Dr. Hanaa Hachimi, Ph.D in Applied Mathematics & Computer Science and a Ph.D in Mechanics & Systems Reliability, I am Full Professor at National School of Applied Sciences, Ibn Tofail University of Kenitra, Morocco. President of the Moroccan Society of Engineering Sciences and Technology (MSEST). I am the Editor in Chief of “The International Journal on Optimization and Applications” (IJOA). I am Director of the Systems Engineering Laboratory (LGS) and IEEE Senior Member, precisely I am affiliated at the Big Data, Optimization, Service and Security (BOSS) team. I am Scientific Expert-Evaluator at the CNRST. I am Lecture and Keynote Speaker of the courses: Optimization & Operational Research, Graph Theory, Statistics, Probability, Cryptography, Reliability and Scientific Computing. I am Member of the Moroccan Society of Applied Mathematics (SM2A). I’m the General Chair of “The International Conference on Optimization and Applications” (ICOA) & the International Competition of Innovation (Let’s Challenge). Lions Club Member and UNESCO UIT-Chair Member. Previously Associate Professor & ex-Secretary General of Sultan Moulay Slimane University in Beni Mellal.
